Oh my yes! I especially love the part about exercise! Its always so difficult and boring... it would be wonderful if it could be fun!
No war, no starvation, everyone just having a good time. Free airfare too I think so we can all go visit people and places around the world. Of course we'd need some kind of new environmentally fuel or something....

Yup! No greed and everything's free!! Like we just trade and exchange instead of buy. Means we can work wherever we like instead of just to pay the bills. Though we'd have to do something productive - but fun and rewarding at the same time.
Like the idea of easy travel too. Though by then we might have invented the transporter so that'd help loads.

The transporter should be number one on our list of things to do. That definitely needs to be invented.
I think people should do what they want simply for the joy of doing it. Like they do in Star Trek I think.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Because they want to and because they can, not to get paid. And we'll have proper trade sorted so we won't need to worry about money or where the food's coming from.

Well both come in handy. You need to be able to recplicate your picnic before you beam down to Risa to enjoy it.

True.... true.... I think we should split up the scientists into two groups and set on group to work on each project.

Good idea. And whoever finishes first has to provide the champagne - either replicated or beamed from the hold.

Easy parking is definitely essential. And that will make it easier to back up too!

I love the way when you watch those they fade in and out in sync. It looks so funny. ....and eerily coordinated...

That is awsome. I wish I knew how to write computer things to make neat stuff like that.... As it is it seems like magic to me

NPY Posted May 18, 2008
I know!! Looks like fun to be able to create stuff like that from scratch. It's not the same to just use the code someone else made.

Exactly. I was hoping to learn that in my computer class but all I got was how to use Microsoft office and a few useless things. I was quite disappointed.

can't blame you. I've sometimes wondered about doimg a computer class so I can have it on paper that I know what I'm doing. But I know it'll be all about how to word process and use all the Microsoft programmes that I know how to use. Would like something to proove I can do stuff but want to be challenged a bit when doing it. Can see myself sitting in the class going "yup, know that" all the time.

You realise, of course, that when the matter transporter is invented the first thing someone, who is not as honest as what I am, is going to do is transport the entire contents of the Louvre into their house, pick out the good stuff, transport the rest into the home/garage of someone they don't like and phone the police.
