Hi Pastey,
Unfortunately, and very annoyingly, I can't make it.
So upset too, as it is the first annual meet I've missed in 10 years.
I cannot justify the expense, for a one night stop-over. Between my Gf and I, it would be around £150 each, including travel, hotel, food and drink.
Hopefully we can make it up later in the year, when it is cheaper, and have a Mini-Manc meet.

The costs can start adding up 
which is one of the reasons we're having it in Manchester, it's cheaper than London. But not for those that live in London

So true. And being June there were no cheap tickets, even with 1/3 off. And the hotels were averaging £100 per night. Never mind I'll be there in spirit. Or 
.
