Road Rage
I ride a bike around, a very fast bike, a racing bike/cycle and on English streets to survive as wholly as possible I have over many years developed an attitude; I will for example stick my finger up at dangerous drivers, I have engaged a few in verbal battles etc. I have been chased, this weekend I was rammed by a loudmouthed, fat, aggressive moron, and only avoided a physical confrontation with the jerk thanks to the intervention of some members of the public. The police have been informed and hopefully, though not with the greatest optimism, they may do something eventually. If they don't do anything I will be forced to start wielding my bike lock as a hammer.. So please be extra careful driving near cyclists as I for one dont want to have to pulverise cars nor their drivers.
now for a brief introduction to myself, having found this site to be the best I have yet found through my rather limited means of internet access; I live modestly in the south of England as a single man with my daughter staying for half of each week, she starts school in September, about time too, I state regarding her advanced state of learning, she is so excited about it, me a little less so...
I am looking forward to the freedom it will bring, to apply more time to my businesses & other leisurely pursuits which have been curtailed this last few years somewhat, like socialising, sports, travel & learning, you get the giste!
Maybe in time I will write an entry or 3 for h2g2, wait & see!....
