Whatever that is, will be resumed as soon as possible...
I had some bad news (that I will not bore you with) and decided to step out for a while. I'll probably be back soon, I just can't promise. I will however, read my backlog while I am here tonight, and send any replies that are needed.

Quitting

Eight days ago I decided that I would quit smoking, I had just bought a supply of smokes and it occured to me how many things I could be doing with that much money.
So here I am 8 days later. 
It's been a couple of hours since my last smoke, and I keep reaching for one, and there are none. 
For certain, I don't want to give up smoking and put on a load of weight, so I guess snacking is out of the question. But, what am I going to do to keep my hands occcupied and my mind away from nicotine, what I have noticed in this short time tho' is that I am not acctually missing the smoke, so much as the smoking, if you catch my drift. 
But then I imagine that will change as the day wears on.
If any one who has already beaten the habit reads this I would appreciate any advice
