Hello Alison, I have just been looking at the new members list, and there are members that have joined 3 hours agog that have not yet recieved a welcome from an ACE or anyone for that matter.

Don't worry, someone will get around to them eventually. Unfortunately we can't ACE every new user as soon as they arrive here, but we do try to ACE everybody. As you may be able to imagine, this can sometimes be hard when there happen to not be many ACEs online. In the meantime you could always pop by their space and offer them some while they wait if it'll make you feel better
