He Who Is Called I Am
By no way am I the above person, but it's an attention getter.
I'm relatively new as a reasearcher for the guide and hope to one day travel vast distances and hike the Appalcahian trail.
If there is one thing everyone should have, I'd have to say religion, it doen't matter which one, and I know the founder of the guide didn't belive, but religion gives hope. Hope is required to pull people through anything.
Somewhere I read that mice, when lowered into cold water and left to die swim for something like 17 hours before they sink do to exhaustion and drown. But mice taken out of the water and dried and warmed for five minutes before being tossed back swim an extra two or three times the previous before drowning. This because they where rescued before and have hope that if they hold on it will happen again.
Faith is a good thing indeed.
