I'm fine thanks honey. Went to the mini-meet on Saturday, and introduced Jeff to everyone. Interesting! . I feel a bit sorry for Abi, as Jeff thought she would like to know all about his acting hopes (including porno!). What are you up to these days?

I'm still kicking around, working (semi) hard, on h2g2 far too much and all that jazz.

I'd have so liked to have come to the mini-meet, but I just couldn't. *sigh*

Never mind. Looking forward to the summer meet, I think Abi said it was the 28th June, but I was a bit drunk by then, so I might have got that wrong.

Oh, yes of course it does, that was the original date for the Brum meet. Only in March. It's the 29th though now.

28th June. Mmm. Right, I think I can do that one. I damn well hope so.

I've not been that helpful in terms of conversation, am I really. Sorry.

It doesn't help that I've actually got some work to do at present, so I have to sneak the odd bit of conversation in here and there. Shock to the system this is!

Won't be for too much longer, I leave here (redundant!) on 30th April, and I'm getting a decent settlement. I'm going to take at least a month off! How's that for convenience! I might even end up attempting to write a guide entry, you never know!

I remember you talking about it at the meet. Sounds pretty good to me! Only a month or so!

Well, we'll see. I've told my husband I'll be off for a month, cos I've got exams in May. If I haven't got a job by the beginning of June it's not my fault though, is it?

CIMA / Accountancy / boring stuff! I failed them last time, so I want to make sure I don't this time!

My exams hae to audacity to start in May too- but a week and a half before the exam period is supposed to start!

What are you studying?

Music. A little anooying occasionally, it does tend to tie you down, with rehearsals everywhere and things, but hopefully it'll be worth it in the end.

That sounds a lot more interesting than accounts. When I was doing my 'O' Levels (yes, I am that old!), I wanted to do music, but it clashed with another subject I was good at. Really annoying! I used to play the piano as well, I got up to grade 4, and then stopped, cos of my 'O' Levels.

I had a clash too, but I'm very glad I took music intead of furthur maths! That was when I still thought I wanted to be a particle physicist... *shudder* Strange girl. Still, at least i came to my snese and realised that not only do I not actually want to work in that field, but I actually not good enough at physics. Maybe the micro stuff, sub atomic stuff, yeah, but if it's big enough to be affected by Newtonian theories, I can't do it. Can't get the hang of gravity and all that lark.

Hehe... I do love particle and quantum physics, but there is no way I'd ever want to work in them.

Music, on the other hand... well, I'd love to work in it, but there is so little out there I'm not holding out my hopes!
