some letters from some solicitors are indeed worth such a wait

Sometimes you need to put a under solicitors. They deal with people who complain and the rest of us fall to the bottom of the pile. I have had it happen more than once, so a reminder is often worthwhile.

i ring evry so often to gee them up, but its the liability lot that keep you waiting, they have to offer an amount after the med and so on, but it can be months or even a year or more. could be from £10,00 to anything jimxx

Having said that I actually have an insurance that has to be sorted out within a month - and the insurance company has to have a really really good excuse for not living up to that
