The rain has flooded alot of villages in the north and knocked out the power, it's slowly returning but could take several days plus more rain is on the way.

We have had rain and rain but seem to be escaping alot of it, wind for us was 70mph but up north it was close to 100mph.
Knee length wellingtons? They are waders arn't they for fishermen??
