Not sure if your aware, you still have me on your friends list which means when you write in your journal, I get it as well. Since you don't chat to me anymore, I thought I'd let you know.

Hi...not sure whether it is because i have you or you have me in our friends list...not that i dont want to chat but it was getting too intense for me...trying to be funny and "bad" constantly...i think you were tired of it as well
i would be pleased to still call you a H2G2 friend...i would prefer to think that the mistake is in the past and there is no ill will but i will understand if you wish otherwise
so if you dont reply to this post today i will remove you from my friends list

I didn't realise you were still on my friends list.
I don't mind being friends, I like you, it was fun chatting. Nobody said you had to be funny all the time, just being yourself would have done.
I have missed chatting to you though.

Bad weekend...pony club breakup party saturday, very unruly, rotten hangover, sister-in-laws birthday party with all in-laws sunday hoping for quiet day to recuperate
you?

Gym, gym and some more gym. I've lost 10lbs in nearly two weeks is good but I thought it would be more. Thing is, I want to shift the weight but have to be careful not to turn it to muscle.
Hello
The Mayan Templar Posted Nov 22, 2004
not trying to teach granny to suck eggs but you know muscle is heavier than fat so 10lb is pretty amazing especially if its a steady loss rate

That's what I got told. I haven't been up to anything much apart from that, boring really I suppose.
The only thing i'm finding hard is trying to drink 2 litres of water a day, i'm not too kean on water and plus it sloshes around and I think that makes me feel slightly sick.
I am planning to have a few glasses of wine on Monday evening as i'm off, I haven't had wine for a week and i'm startint to have withdraw sysmptoms....

im with you on the water best i can do is 4 cups a day, fruit and herbal teas are good though im not sure if theyre in the spirit of the 2 litre rule
one advantage of being male is knowing your pee is clear but then copious beer consumption has the same effect
would hate to think you would get the DTs not sure that would be healthy so suggest your quaffing plan is a good one

I agree
I'm thinking of koining a slimming club but the proble I have is I don't like fish, most veg, onions or peppers. My choice is or would be very limited.
I was thinking of doing a soup diet but again I don't like veg so veg soup is out of the question. I don't have many other choices.
I could stop eating I suppose but I think I read some place that it might kill me
Liquid diet sounds good, liquid being wine, gin and vodka....what do you think??
I seem to be drinking alot of orange juice, I quite liked oranges but i'm slowly going off the taste.
I got a juicer on Friday so I may start experimenting with it.
Any good with diets??
Hello
The Mayan Templar Posted Nov 22, 2004
i cant really help with diets although my brother is on a liver cleansing diet and makes vegetable juices that are surprisingly good
your liquid diet is something that i can relate to personally...actually christmas is with my brother and sister and partners, all childless for various reasons so they know how to cook, eat and drink, not pretty
fish is good...ever seen a fat otter?
Hello
smiler Posted Nov 22, 2004
Nope!!! Although i'm obviously not a otter and couldn't be because I don't like fish.
Same problem with the vegetable juices, I don't like vegetables.
See my problem now???

hate to admit it but your outlook is bleak
maybe if you can get your alcohol diet to work, you could sell it and make your fortune
do you get lean cuts of meat there...beef, lamb and pork? guys in the office are on the zone diet the theory is eating carbs causes cravings for more carbs but if you balance carb and protein intake you dont get the cravings...within a calory limit...put some pork on your fork
Hello
smiler Posted Nov 22, 2004
Pork on my fork??? Ummmm, don't think so
I think i'll go to a diet specialist. I found a few numbers and I may call them tomorrow. There has to be a way around it some how right?
Hello
The Mayan Templar Posted Nov 22, 2004
yeah im sure a diet specialist would know many alternatives...intraveneous?
does the gym have a nutritionist on staff or they refer to? that way they can match your diet to your exercises and target body shape
Hello
smiler Posted Nov 22, 2004
No they don't. Should do the amount of money i'm paying.......

Hello
The Mayan Templar Posted Nov 22, 2004
