Another fish dream - June 14, 03

Dream that I share a very large apartment with a guy. (Nothing romantic - he was just a friend) In the kitchen there is an enormous fishtank, about the size of an stove. My roommate asks if he can move it into one of his rooms. I say sure - that I am always forgetting to feed the fish anyway. After he's moved it out, the spot looks awfully bare. I think that a large poster could go there. I also need to buy some groceries - the cupboards are bare, but I don't have any money. I walk through the rest of the apartment. There is a TV set to a station that only shows programs in American Sign Language. There is another TV that projects onto the ceiling.

Dream that I fall asleep while driving, and wake up just as my car starts to roll sideways off a cliff. Was very scary dream!

Dream that I live in an apartment with my own private indoor heated pool. It is quite large, and it is so nice that I can go swimming any time I want.

Dream that I visit the craftshop of an artisan. He is an old bearded man. He does a technique of putting colored glass over metal. He also sculpts wax figures. In the dream his shop was near my house, but he was getting ready to move.

Air breathing fish -- May 1, 03

Dream that I find an apartment that is mine that I forgot I even had. I walk in and look around. I notice an orange and white striped fish that is swimming in the air. Its fins sway gently, as if it is underwater. It darts around at eye level, flying in close to a bookcase. I walk around looking some more, when I make a grisly discovery - an aquarium which has evaporated, killing most of the fish. The one that survived is the one "swimming" in the air. It had adapted, and learned to breath air.
