h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I'm looking... but there's no need to update. I'm taking a fancy to simple Spaces myself, these days. My days of acres of GuideML are over. I almost resorted to using plain text- but there were one or two things that I wanted to keep.

Still, how are you? I'm wandering randomly. All good fun.

Plain is good I feel, so not as messy
Some spaces look like the 1960's must have been for a lot of people.

I think I'll have a spring clean as I wait for people to reply to my witterings !

Free ? Whatever for? As long as it's h2g2 we can drink all we want! How about an first though? Much better. Not that they had any in the Guild *again* today... two hours drinking tea instead.

What are you studying ?

My girlifriend is just about to finish 'Business and marketing', and she's starting to really fret about her final work.

Aim for the sky and you cold end up like me working nights and being paid to mess around on H2G2 !

I never not considred going to Uni. It's not like I was forced to go, it just seemed like the natural progression. And also put off the thought of having to find a job etc. Bit if a crap reason to go, admittedly, but hey, it's alright. It puts off the inevitable for the next couple of years.

Nothing wrong with that, thats what all my mates did
I spent three years scraping some A-Levels together and hated every minute of it
Like you say it does delay the real world for a bit though, eh !

I have to say I'm not looking forwrd to it. I'm doing a music degree. And lets face it, the competition for a career in music where you can actually earn a living is pretty limited. Okay, i could teach () but I want some experience in the real world before I do that. *sigh* Who knows. I'm sure it'll be just *fine*...

Whatever you do job-wise, you have to enjoy it !
Go for music jobs !
A well paid job you don't enjoy = One miserable life, whatever you earn you spend anyway.
