It was used for - A457111, I knew it was a headlouse as I wrote the entry it was designed for.

I didn't draw it, the internal art team did that one.

When I was a little lad, I used to get told that lice preferred clean-haired people. Though that was possibly just a scare story, or to get us to stop accusing the 'scruffs' of having 'lops' (our primary school slang for headlice.)
