Dear anoldgreymoonraker,
I really feel bad about writing to you on WS page which reatres the wild life in her garden.
I just wanted to say I am so sorry that I did not say "Get better quickly" when you had your heart attacks.
I have only just read about it. I had an aneurysm in my left coronary artery in 1994.Fortunately a marvell, ous cardiologist recommened a cardiac surgeon and I had a double bypas. I did not even know there was much wrong with me except that I had started having pains and the doctor said it was an angina. Tthank goodness, like you, I had a wonderful surgeon. so here I am still going strong - well trying to. !!
I hope that the stents do the trick. You do actually have to be good about your diet. I would have thought that Japanese food is very good for keeping one's heart healthy.
go well, and I shall continue to read about your lovely walks and the description and photogrpahs of your lovely bonsai,
With all good wishes for a speedy and total recovery.

Dear Christiane
Thank you for thinking of me I didn't really feel that bad just the doctors were very concerned about me .
I have been out for a nice walk again today the weather is so inviting here at the moment , I've also been working in my workshop which I think is helping me get some fat off
I don't like being heavy I used to enjoy the hungry feeling and quite proud even of being slim, I eat too much english food and not enough Japanese food really( to much cheese and not enough tofu) I usually do lose weight in the summer as it is just too hot to eat half the time,
Please take care of yourself too and I hope you can get out and about in mother nature soon .
