oh, thanks again- i've had a quick look and i will no doubt make a contribution or two in the future...

unfortunately i suffer from 'i work with my hobby, so i'm a bit sick of it these days' syndrome..

Selling telescopes, and talking to people for hours about astronomy and telescopes, bino's etc, tends to, after a few years make one a little jaded by the subject (well Patrick Moore is the obvious exception there!)

I still find time, however to take my 6 incher out a few times a year and gaze at Jupiter and saturn- my favorite objects..though a decent photo still eludes me.

Hopefully, as happened to a collegue of mine, when i eventually leave my job and do something completely different, my interest will return full throttle!
