Hello Alex 
Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you, but we moved to north wales a couple of months ago and at the time there was no phone lines in the area 
.
we finaly got them a week(ish) ago, so I am trying to catch up on all my back log 
In answer to your question,,,,just try to have fun I think,
and eat lots of fresh fruit and veg 
(I dont think the fresh fruit and veg does anything, it just seems to be everyones answer to everything these days 
)
