manda im having problems with my digibox this morning 
a newbie is needing some help their not online at the moment i need to know if their using guideml could you have a look please

hi manda i managed to help them ive left them the who's online link in case im not online 
there seems to be problems accessing pictures via the digibox for some reason i was lucky i have most of the good ones written down

The problem is, you cannot tell if it is the digibox or not, as the H2G2 has been playing up for a few weeks, and it is going so slow that it is making me 
at times
