I've got a hectically full one at the moment and having a whale of a time

Except for Hallowe'en, some major reflooring of the house, a wife aiding a Mayoral candidate, a very pregnant daughter, 37 transitions a day at work, and now some of the social season beginning, stuff is fairly quiet. It's kind of nice to get past the hectic stuff of summer. smiley - biggrin

I don't mind being busy

Productively busy beats boredom any day. I learned some time ago to NOT take vacation time of more than a couple of days without some aim, project or goal. Because within 48 to 72, I start to become restless. I really have no idea how some people can deal with the aimlessness of every day being void of plans, objectives.

Neither can I, being a typical Virgo I like to have my time mapped out, I CAN'T sit around doing nothing, when I was on holiday I knitted Alex a Beret and a pair of gloves

I've never much read up on the "typical" characteristics of the average zodiacal person. I'm sure that if some folks were to read the common description of a Libran though, they'd insist that I must have been born under some other sign. smiley - laugh

Virgo's are supposed to be picky perfectionists who don't suffer fools gladly

Remind you of anyone smiley - whistle

And no I'm not talking about you lurkers, get your paranoia sorted will ya!!!

I also don't "suffer fools gladly", but on occassion will gladly watch fools suffer. Particularly when their paranoia, angst and agonies are of their own foolish doing.

And lest it may have been missed, that WAS intended for lurkers. smiley - evilgrin

Oh, and for the benefit of one and all, another myth bites the dust. F615?thread=3590515&skip=20&show=20 (specifically starting at #48)

Ah well, maybe that's why it left me alone when I stopped posting links to smutty stories, or maybe the Moral Minority that haunt this thread (Yes you) were jealous and went running to teacher

I have no doubt that some of it was the Malicious Minions, but probably a lot that others moaned about would have been the delayed but automatic stuff.

The thing is someone would have had to have clicked through several links to be offended

Yes, as I said, some certainly was intentional lurkings and stuff.

So far as I'm concerned, quiet lurking is perfectly harmless. It's when people trawl and hunt, just for the sake of finding something to use elsewhere, or to smiley - yikes ... Them's the sad and pitiable ones.

Yeah, half the stuff I've found out I've found by accident, like that thing I told you about on email (That's got you worried hasn't it, yes you)
I tend to lurk in the info list when I'm incredibly bored

I'm not concerned what anyone else cares to call it, I find the INFO lists a useful tool. For those of us without endless hours to wait for different forum lists to down-load ... It simply lets a body see what is currently happening.

Yeah I guess it is a good way to see what's going on out there

On any given day, there will be spurts and spasms of posts in a Forum thread or two, and maybe even something not too inane in the ASK threads. But with my connections and the frequent slowings of h2g2, ... to call on each list is just a nuisance.

While you're in the Info list can you keep an eye out for a topic on Rampant Paranoia smiley - winkeye

Or some peculiar anagram of it, eh? smiley - laugh Heck, with all the seasonal foolishness going around, I even had the urge to grow a name-tag for a day or two. smiley - wow
