April 8th - Lady Madonna. In fact this was so persistent that my brain was still playing the closing piano riff as I woke up.

April 11th - 74-75 by The Connells (this is particularly recurring, so expect to see it again some time soon).
April 12th - 1985 by Bowling For Soup.
Clearly there's a numbers thing going on in my head at the minute...

I'm here cos I cant find where you'd posted a tip for the National.
I'm looking for clues amongst your earworms.
New Tax Year; New Silly Project
Mu Beta Posted Apr 13, 2012
That would have been on Facebook.
My tip was originally Giles Cross, but I suspect that the ground won't be cutting up as much as he'd like. If it rains tomorrow morning, take him.
If it's hardening tomorrow, as indeed it would appear to be, I'm having a close look at West End Rocker instead.

Ah. That's why I couldnt find it on here!
We decided to choose horses for each other. He's "Always Right" (Ahahahahahahaha. I shall continue to laugh at that all weekend.)
And he picked for me?

April 13th - That bloody Roxanne song "Got to get a tiny note" or whatever. I blame Radio 2 for this one.

My general cure for earworms is Tim Minchin. I suggested this to someone else once. "But" she protested, "that just means you get another song stuck in your head with more swearing in it!"
True.

I'm not sure whether I should be reassured or disturbed by the fact that I've never heard of most of the songs in this journal. My relationship with music is a little odd, it must be said.

April 16th - Something In The Air by Thunderclap Newman. Notably the bit where the piano solo segues into the third verse.

I often get words stuck in my head. This morning, it was the word 'supine'. I only have a rough idea of what it means, too.

Remember about nine months before you gave birth? That was supine.

April 21st - was very much 'You're The Best Around' which culminated in the need to watch The Karate Kid again. Found out that Elisabeth Shue was 20 when she made it which stops me feeling quite as much like a dirty old man.
April 22nd - Some vague guitar riff which I couldn't quite resolve. Similar to 'Sunshine of your Love' but not quite. Help needed here possibly.
