Do you have access to the forum now? I haven't recieved your inaugural speech yet.

I did indeed receive an email earlier this evening and I accepted the invitation and dutifully went and filled in my details.

However, I have no idea how to work anything and what to do while I'm there.

Do you know what I'm supposed to do now that I am in.

Any advice would be most welcome.

Well, that was the first thing I did - and I don't appear to be on it.

You don't get anything for nothing nowadays, but I appear to have a Scout badge for nothing at the moment so wisht - mum's the word.

Ok, you click on 'home', the type in 'Fizzy' in the search function. That will bring up all the gory details about wheat we talked behind your back.
Then, you reply to Natalie's posting, where it says: Welcome' , and tell all and sundry that you have arrived, and that your name isn't on the calendar yet and would they put it there pronto

Great! I'll go try that now.

I think I have posted a reply of sorts to the welcome message, but I really can't be sure it's all so alien to me.

Don't worry, you've posted your reply and I replied to yours.
You can change the settings so that the messages are forwarded to your email addy. I usually only sign in if I want to reply, or if i want to have a look at the calendar, to see when it's my next turn.

I have no idea what I'm doing there my messages are all over the place.

Still, it'll be fun learning - so long as I can't mess up anybody else's stuff it should be alright.

You can't mess up stuff - I think. I've never touched the database, though, I guess a creative mind like yours would probably be capable of messing it up

Posting is ok - you can't make anything wrong there as far as I know. As for the rest, I have no idea how it works, Yahoo is not userfriendly, if you ask me, and I have no idea how to use it.
