I reckoned I could post this here as both of you will no doubt read this.
I hae just posted to cuddlywolfs PS reiterating the fact that he/she/it should post toi either m in, yours or akas ps with the crp they are posting. I will even leave it there as I don't give a damn about what is there.
I think we should try our best to draw this fruitcase away from any newbies pages we can, as I believe we can deal with it better and I like the freshness of Luthiena and wouldn't want her to get jaded by twts like these. Also we are experienced enough on hootoo and better able to deal with this appropriately I feel.
And I know you're reading this CW and it hink you have got to be a grade A idiot.
Regards
KJ

I agree completely. However, as reverse psychology goes, chances are they will never use this thread, and keep targeting the innocent newbies - that's the kind of people they are.

I didn't know either cl.
It is such a good name. it is so much better than the coarser Dkbreath and fkface that I wanted to post.
And I see they are still at it under different guise. The mods rejected my complaint about them using the name akasucksdick.

What are the rules for defamation of character and slander on this site? I mean other than the additional legal alternatives that lead to charges, a criminal record, and fines?
Cuddlywolf
SomeMuppet Posted Feb 17, 2004
Well aka could sue (unless the accusation is true (j/K))
It is defamation really isn't it, although I don't know whether it would count by defaming ak's online persona?

From what I understand it's not just the weak *denial of service* spams, both aka and Saturnine are getting personal attacks on their own email services. They are pathetically childish and not well organised but personal comments were made other than the laughable fake emails that cuddlywolf or her mate claimed. I believe some may be legally actionable although I don't really have all the details.

The fish 'as come to save y'al.l

What a charming dialect. Not often one sees 'tis in a non-poetic situation.
*What's happened to Sat's email then, she having trouble?* I'm guessing an attempt to recreate the colourful language of Yorkshire, perhaps or maybe somwhere West of there? Certainly *Be them ghastly digi box users* would be indicitive of some kind of attempt to sound like Long John Silver. Indeed, one of the definitions of *ghastly* is: *resembling a ghost*. Of course, the misspelling could be of *gassy* which could speak to the physical condition of the digiboxers, or even another definition of the word: *characterized by many words but little content : emptily verbose*. *Nowt but idiots* would again indicate the North Country, wouldn't it? I imagine since the author seems to have piscatorian roots they may actually live on the coast unless they simply like fish and chips! The self-depreciating tone of the last sentence once again confirms my theory that those who refer to themselves in the first person pronoun in lower case have self-loathing issues.
All IMHO, of course.
