Ahem, Well, you go to the PeerReview page, and then submit your article to be picked up by a SubEd or Scout, who will look through your article, and guide you on how to improve it, and then submit it to the editors for inclusion in the Edited Guide, if you're lucky - I've never got around to getting that far yet - Ask Saturnine, she has one up for review as we speak
