Orcadians
Greetings from an exiled Orcadian.
Whilst I would never presume to speak for the people of the Orkneys as a whole, I note the dearth of information in the Guide and feel it is time to address this omission.
Orcadians are generally charming, generous, resourceful, good company and dependable. I am occaisionally some of these things.
Orkney is cold, wet, windy, grey and wet. Except when it isn't, which is when it is beautiful.
I would appreciate a posting from any other Orcadians, exiled or otherwise, and of course anyone else in this wonderful world of ours. It's a bit of a frightening place at the moment, but I believe most people are friendly. I hope people find me so.
