We went to a restaurant named McAllister's, and I had a roast beef panini sandwich with horseradish sauce and cheddar cheese.

I am really worried that I am in the process of ossifying!!.

Well yes and No.

Actually I was offered another two diagnoses yesterday. I know I was not feeling very well so went to bed early - even forgetting to phone my son who is in hospital.

This morning when I woke up at 3.a.m. I came to my computer and tried to explain to to my baby "bruvver" and my eldest son and my daughter who is a physiotherapist what I remembered of the cardiologist's conversation with me yesterday. He used the word global and stroke quite freely and also mentioned the word neurology. I am due to go to a hospital which specialises in neurology and cardiac cases next Wednesday so hope I may have better news. At the momet it seems as if two important vessels feeding my brain are suspected of being rather narrowed by too much fatty plaque. A bind! - literally and metaphorically!! Well, I hope I shall be philosphical about it. I am sorry but I needed to tell someone and you were kind enough to ask.
