From the INFO page, I saw your journal about the hypnosis CD's. Might you be so kind as to describe them, or where you found them? I could always use a few techniques.

The CD set is the "Self Hypnosis Home Study Course" by Steven Gurgevich. It is comprised of 16 CDs and a workbook. Six of the CDs are how to instruction; the remaining ten address various topics and issues, like getting to sleep easily, or losing weight, etc. The set is produced by Sounds True. It retails for $125, but I found it through Amazon Marketplace for about $65.

The Canuck source proved stupidly expensive, but the US folks have it "new" for $50 and shipping. But then, they can't send it to my foreign address. So, perhaps to her surprise, our Hootoo President will be receiving a bundle that will be looking to be re-directed.
