Well the keyboard on my laptop died. On this one I keep pressing buttons by mistake. For example whilst trying to write this I managed to open the favourites menu and go to the front page.

Laptop keyboards are the bane and curse of my existence. I am writing my philosophy coursework with one. I keep on going up a page when I want to italicise something.

I'd got used to my laptop keyboard, but now nothing happens if you press the buttons. he keyboard I'm using now has much more buttons on it and I end up leaning on them.

I seem to be quite good at wrecking things. I killed my mouse by somehow swinging it against the desk . Consequently I'm the proud owner of a h2g2 mousemat but don't have a single use for it.

Love the visual imagery of the poor being swung around!
A laptop would never work with me, not with a yoda!

It was a matter of space, universities often seem to think that a cupboard provides adequate living space.

The size doesn't matter. Check the width of the planks though.

Laura Posted Mar 16, 2004
Well, I'm not moving into a sideboard in the foreseeable future but I'll bear that thought in mind should I do so in future.

This is an awful lot of information that I simply don't have access too. And as soon as all are gathered into one place, language, tradition, and people will start mixing.
Also I need a collective term for *all* those of African descent, a collective noun. I'm going for general not specific, here.
