Zarquon's Singing Fish!

When I went into the gym to work with the equipment four or five days a week, I used to do split exercises. Upper body one day, lower body the next and abs all the time. It seemed to work for me, as it gave time for recovery.

2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

That makes sense... and I could do with concentrating back a bit more on ordinary cardio work, just on the bike and cross trainer, so perhps do that a couple times a week, then split the weights on the remainder of the days to spread out a bit which sets of muscles are being worked.... smiley - zen good idea, actually... I'd honestly just not thought of that smiley - laugh
