I presume a retro-phrenologist is someone who predicts the shape of your skull by an analysis of your mental abilities!

Nope, it's even more fun than that...

So, you want to be more artistic.... Hmmm, just lean forward a little... A little more.... Right, that'll do... Just a little tap, right here.... WHAM!!!... There you are, a nicely reshaped skull, now, according to phrenological studies, you should be painting the Mona Lisa tomorrow...
Take two aspirins and see me tomorrow for an increase in intelligence...
That'll be £250 please. Pay my secretary on the way out.

How rude of them all. Unfair of them to deny you an excursion into up and coming surgical techniques.
No. I'm not volunteering

Spoilsport!
I suppose I could try it out on myself - everyone keeps telling me I've got a thick skull

I already have a double-crown and a tendency towards migraines... I think the antenatal bird'll be unimpressed with me if I tell her I plan to have my head bashed anytime soon as well
If you have a thick skull, perhaps you ought to consider cranial plate techtonics... More adventurous, and infinitlely more confusing for the uninitiated
