i can't click my fingers...i can click my shoulder...it's very disconcerting when you reach to get something and it clicks...!

I think that's something to do with moving your shoulder beyond it's normal range. If you don't practice moving in a certain way, your joints get set and click when required to do anything out of the ordinary.
Then again, my knees used to click like mad when I was working in a library and bending down to low shelves all the time, so I dunno.

No, because i can kinda sotra pop it from the socket, not like really noticably but it's still weird
