Thanks for that! Did you know the 'Yesterday' one is from a South African guy?

Pierre de la Mer ~ sometimes slightly worried but never panicking ~ Posted Nov 21, 2020
Yep, acquaintance og mine is planning to fly down in a few days and stay there for two months in a lodge somewhere north of Jo'burg
By the way that's a nice collection, paulh. I took the liberty of sharing 'do-re-mi' on Facebook - with a warning

We rather need those tourists ...
This is really a tough sort of crisis, on us ... our economy has suffered a lot ... and it translates into human beings suffering, even dying. And it's not actually because of COVID-restrictions *as such* ... it's because of the economy being structured in such a way as to be massively upset by things like that that it can't predict and has no way to cope with.
But at least some folks are making funny songs about it.

I should probably explain why I shared "Do Re Mi" with a warning, paulh, so you don't get the wrong idea:
Some time ago we made a lot of fun of Julie Andrews for no real reason whatsoever. It turned quite silly. Like:
- Oh no, Julie Andrews is coming, quick, run for the hills!
- No, you fools! Don't! The hills are alive with music
Yeah, like I said, it turned quite
By the way many have liked and even loved and shared your version of "Do Re Mi" so congratulations to you, paulh
