I'd still rather have rain than snow. You have to shovel snow, and then when it melts you also have water to co tend with

This is from Jan 2002, Rat had just returned from one of his adventures and was pounced by AW, Theory (sarcasm) and Candi. From 109, it gets quite funny regarding a previous trip to the US. I was laughing too hard to post.

Well, yes. But consider this, anyone trying to read all of it would surely be driven mad.
I just thought you might like the bit about cigarette wrappers which had us in stitches when Rat said, ''Already have done'' and was then barred from the shop for the rest of his stay in the U.S.
That night in that thread we had Candi, Washcloth, Theory (as </sarcasm>, Rat, and I joined them when I stopped laughing so hard that I could not type.

Happy Easter, Evangeline.
I'm sure you're right about being driven mad as a result of reading the backlog. However, in my case it's a short drive.

One of the threads I sort of remember was a discussion with the table about what should be made for dinner.
I remember the BBC said no swear words of a 'certain gravity' but didn't say what words. So, Rat and Theory had to experiment with each word and *s. Then I met AW.
Somewhere is a thread where Theory asks Rat what age AW and I seemed to be and what gender. AW showed me the link. Rat's answer was that I was female and definitely older than him. He was about 23 or 24 at the time. Then he went on to say AW seemed older and female at first, but the more they talked the more AW seemed 16ish and male.

She left h2g2 because of some things here. Not the usual type of things, you would expect. Do you still have the email you had years ago?
