Oh well. It's hardly ever "What you see is what you get" anyway.
The park is kittycorner from my house. She was killed at the far east boundary of the park, about 100 yards away. Our neighborhood gathering places are the park, Elizabet Ney Museum, the fire station, and the Avenue B Grocery. Indoor places are numerous.... those were the outdoor ones.

Do you know of a way to re-edit an entry like that? I *should* have previewed it, but didn't.

Unfortunately, you can't edit or delete a forum entry, and it doesn't recognize spaces. Sorry.

Actually, there was just a school bus driver that was killed while driving her bus here last week. There was a memorial service for her in a nearby park. So there are memorial services. I haven't been to one myself, though.
