I have apparently returned to Cambridge, back home... Well so I discovered when I checked Twitter that is waht it said... so it must be true... which of course, it appears to be
Just got my grocerys delivered
Tonight will most probably be.... prawn chow main (spring onions, mushrooms, beansprouts, waterchestnuts, bamboo shoots, and wahtatever other veg I find, with fresh cold water prawns, noodles, light and dark soya sauce, rice wine, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, and stuff,) with some fried rice (egg, rice, peas, flaked almonds, sessamy oil etc)
Actually starting to feel a bit peckish now, as I've not eaten yet today
Think I may have over purchased mushrooms and cheese in my grocery delivery... there seems to be an awful lot of both

I don't think you can ever over purchase mushrooms and cheese

Over purchasing bacon...?

Only bought two packs of bacon... I'm trying* to cut down and over-eating bacon ... come to think of it, over-eating cheese too, don't relaly fit into my current 'diet' Mushrooms... however, most certainly do... and I had half a pack this evening (dunno guess about 120 G or thereabouts) and the egg fried rice came out just perfek and the noodles with the mushrooms spring onion and a ton of prawns in the sauce I made were pretty good too
Having said which... the pile of washing up afterwards, which natrually i included the two days pile of lodgers washing up left out wasn't so great

And... the Chinese this evening being the only thing I've eaten today, and being made healthily (though you'd not have noticed it from the taste), means I've had.... 500 Calories today Mind.... I best not mention the breckfast I had yesterday morning whilst still at my Dads when we all decanted for a trip to the best cafe in town

Stuffed mushrooms are always nice when you have extras.

Ahh... stuffed mushrooms
Take one large flat mushroom (but with enough of a 'depression' in it to fill with stuff),
Garlic, finely chopped, grated mature chedder, stuffed inside and...
Wrap it all in bacon and stick in the oven yep... I have no fear of colesterole
Actually I think most the mushrooms I have this week are probably on the small side for stuffing
Though I do have some really small button ones that I think will go with the beef stroganoff I'll do later in the week/weekend (using the Crem Fraigche I remembered to buy this time and the rump steak which was on offer at the supermarket )
Mind, before I can get to use the beef steak I've a lot of prawns to get through in the next few days...

I did my grocery shopping yesterday... online... using my mobile Broadband I now have on the netbook... So I was able to book the grocery delivery to happen a few hours after I arrived back (allowing a little bit of time between when I was due* back and when the grocerys were due*, to compensate for any unforseen circumstances on teh trains; as I foresaw unforeseen circumstances there were none... so maybe I didn't forese them... or something )

You remembered to get the extra bacon in, didn't you???

I will be around tommorrow for bacon butties!!!!
