I never heard about these leafhoppers before.

Hi Elektra! Thanks for those, the plant-hoppers are amazing little critters! I've seen some over here, but not quite as extravagant!
The plant outing went extremely well. We found LOTS of species, many in flower, and also the four we were looking for: the Kleinia venteri; Euphorbia clivicola; Euphorbia groenewaldii; and Ledebouria crispa. These are all rare, only occur around Polokwane, and are threatened by housing developments.

Sorry the plants are being threatened, but people need shelter too. O am glad you had a fruitful excursion.
