Not sure how far you want to go with making it all the same for everyone.

I've not seen you around the mailing list lately - we've got a new member, in case you'd not noticed, and we're trying to get a sort of Peer Review for blobs going, with people critiquing others' blobs and maybe sharing some hints and tips so we can all improve our work. Even if you don't have time to draw, can we get you to comment?

(On a related note, we're toying with the idea of moving the whole thing into hootoo proper, rather than hiding in the list, to let non-CAs comment as well. What do you think of that?)
