Not this particular piece of venom you haven't and why drag it up again after 2 (or is it 3) years

It's not a piece of venom, it's some little pieces of fact.

I got sick to death of your attacks on Peer Review and the Peer Review process, in which you frequently invoked an inaccurate history of the progress of your Hasler Hospital entry.

I went back through the history to get the real facts so that they could be used to undermine some of your more exaggerated statements. On the occasions when it's been used it worked a treat. You now seem to have backed off from attacking Peer Review, which from my perspective is a top result. Job done.

"It's not a piece of venom, it's some little pieces of fact." fair enough,

"I got sick to death of your attacks on Peer Review and the Peer Review process, in which you frequently invoked an inaccurate history of the progress of your Hasler Hospital entry." I do not attack peer review or it's process, not intentionally anyway, I state my opinion in a no-mince-words way and if I tread on toes or upset delicate sould so be it, it is a discussion forum after all. As for the Haslar history, for pities sake it was a general guess I didn't expect anyone to go checking the exact date to score some cheap point

"I went back through the history to get the real facts so that they could be used to undermine some of your more exaggerated statements. On the occasions when it's been used it worked a treat." You should really get yourself a hobby

"You now seem to have backed off from attacking Peer Review, which from my perspective is a top result." I gave up writing and reviewing because it was a waste of time NOT because you and the other people took on the part of playground bullies. They real ones couldn't drive me away and neither can you
"Job done." You are so sad

Ok are we done with the mud slinging now?

You are perfectly entitled to state your opinions, and to do so in any fashion that you see fit. I wouldn't stop you doing so, nor would I try. However if you start peppering your posts with factual inaccuracies used in support of your opinion, then you shouldn't be surprised if someone is going to pull you up on this.

You may consider that, and me, sad. Well so be it. I'm really not bothered by that. You carry on in your own sweet way and that's just dandy. However if you go back to trying to undermine what we are doing here with the h2g2 project, then I and others will oppose you.

If you spend any time in PR these days you'll find that it is actually a positive place to hang out. Some good creativity going on. People learning how to improve their writing skills and the like. The output is increasing, and there have never been so many entries ready and waiting to go on the front page in years. It's all good stuff.

And with that good news, I think I'll call it a day here with you. Enjoy your time here, all the best, and keep them facts accurate smiley - smooch
