Do you ever work your magic for anyone else? My dad got a ticket because what he thought was a parking bay actually wasn't (despite it being right in front of the pay machine) and his appeal letter is a bit gorvelly and pathetic. And being the God of never paying parking tickets, we thought you might be able to help.
