An Introduction....
This is where I am supposed to introduce myself to you, reader. Although a paragraph on an alabaster or 'Classic Goo' background may be enough to surmise all that I have crammed into this slightly large cranium of mine, I don't think I'm going to do that.
Aside from the fact that you, most probably, don't care a whit about who I am or what I've done or what my 'most favorite thing in the galaxy' is; I don't care to give up my rights afforded to me by the internet.
That's right. The internet gives us all this wonderful thing that is more than anonymity that we can draw around ourselves like a rock-solid armor, or a warm blanket, it also allows us this mask that we can meld into whatever we want it to be. One day I can be a Fighter Pilot in the Navy or a humble machinist in Boston living from paycheck to paycheck to keep my family fed, or one day I could be..... Dare I say it.... Douglas Adams.
So this I provide you, dear reader:
I am a citizen and an expert, in my own mind, of this planet we're all here to write about. More qualified to write about what I intend to write than anyone else here, but by no means have a clue about anything else.
I've been places, seen things, done things, love, lusted, lost and paid too much for most of it. You'd be amazed at the price of beer in some places.
What I am- male, female, rich, poor, black, purple or smart- is of little consequence. Just read my words, give good criticism, write good words yourself, and do your best to question those who think they are 'right'.
Now I leave you with the immortal words of Jerry Springer, who was an absolute genious in televising the countless faces of people we should avoid everyday or endeavor to run down in the streets:
'Be kind to yourselves, and eachother.'
