Whomped rat can be served in so many different exquisite ways--

--with orange sauce
--in a ragout with wine and shallots
--in a calzone with marinara sauce
--in a casserole topped with potatoes like shepherd's pie.

My ol' mouth is jus' waterin' like you wouldn't believe, just thinkin' 'bout it.

And dont forget whomped rat frickasee..

yes.. the spices blend well with rodent
