Rabbits?

So, explain this rabbit thing to me? I take it it is a geographical thingy. Is it north or south?
As to beer, I'm sure I've had a few North American (mostly Canadian) micro brewery stuff thats not bad. I will agree that your average American brew ain't good though. But then, you get crap U.K. beer too, mostly the lagers.

It is not my map but I found it in the pictures that are available. I have never seen the U.P. described as a rabbit untill now. Yes, there are some good micro-brews popping up but because this is the U.S. the ones with the fanciest lables and the biggest advertising budget are the ones I can get. My local party store just got in Belhaven Wee Heavy. I haven't tried it yet but hopefully on Saturday I will. I live on the south shore of Lake Superior, the northern most Great Lake.

Belhaven does some nice stuff, especially their 80/- and 90/- I don't think I've had Wee Heavy, certainly knowingly smiley - winkeye
Southern shore of Lake Superior, is that Wisconsin or Minnesota then? I once spent a week in the trees on Lake Superior, it officially counts as huge.

Michigan. Wisconsin and Minnesota are west of me. I have found that many "imported " beer in the U.S. is made only for this market. The brewery probably screws up a batch of beer and says "send it to the States its still better than anything they make".
