During the day most of my windows are open = downstairs/upstairs, to allow air flow and I have a tower type cooling/heating fan in my front room and for the night, a blower type fan in the bedroom

Years ago this temp' wasn't an issueit was "normal" for the time of yearbut NOW! temp' change is soo fast, there's no time to adaptand at "my" ageadapting is out of the window

It's not too hot here - but it's too humid! We had 94% humidity the other day. That knocks you out and I'm on antibiotics right now, so I feel pretty punk.

Well, it will - just drink plenty of water, juice, soft drinks, whatever, too!

I used to know a lot of Germans who refused to drink enough liquid because they thought if they didn't, they wouldn't sweat. And I told them if they didn't sweat they'd pass out.

I actually feel sorry for junior, because of the spinal injury.
He can't sense/feel if he's hot or cold as he doesn't sweat now..
He has to be "on guard" whatever the weather temp' is all year round..

But I have a well kept stock of diet coke in the fridge and pantry

I had an aunt who didn't sweat - I know what you mean!

And yep, Diet Coke will do fine. Anything with water in!

To cut a long story short, Junior has opted to have an operation in the near future as such.. His choice

He phoned me today and said if I put "neo bladder" into google, it will show various information on what the procedure is etc.

His reason is! There's far more benefits to him having this op' than "staying" as he is...

I'll check it out tomorrow

It isn't a life threatening issue, so he could have said no!
But instantly as "they" told him about it - he said Yep! Go for it..
