and! I've had an exciting day I've changed the batteries on 2 of my wall clocksPhew! I just don't know how I stand this rigorous pace

Wow, you've been busy.

And yeah - that's Red Bank Creek in Brookville. Takes about 20 minutes to drive there from here. I was waiting for Elektra in the Giant Eagle (supermarket) parking lot.

Brookville's the town I wrote the historical book about last fall. The creek is part of the story. The ice chunks were floating in the river. I thought they looked cool.

You ain't kidding, I had to use a 2 tread step thingy to reach one of them

R.B. Creek is it a place where you have a day out/picnic etc and just chill "as they say"

There might be places to do that. Not by the supermarket, though - it just flows under the road bridge there, not picturesque.

But there are plenty of picnic places on the Clarion and Allegheny.

The assistant pastor loves to fish in that river. Also, there are places along the river to launch boats. I'd like to have a pontoon boat, myself. I'm no good with canoes.

A cause for celebration today is the 1st anniversary of Feb 27th last year

I guess it is.

1. I've not asked for a while are you both okand your friends/neighbours all ok - corona etc ?

2. I'm off in a few mins', I'm "celebrating today" so having another couple of "swigs" hic! before diving under the duvet

1. We're all doing fine, thanks! Sunny and much warmer today. Nephew and two of his kids came over and spent all afternoon cleaning our house - did a wonderful job, and we got to talk and laugh with them, too. Greatnephew fed the dog french fries, so she loves him now.

during the early 1970's on our tv, "we" had a 1st! 2 Japanese series, one called Water-Margin and the other Monkey.
I bought Water margin series years ago on dvd, but the cost of Monkey was beyond pocketbut! Yesterday, I asked Prof jnr to order me Monkey via amazon and he brought it todayon the blu-ray box set, it says that the bbc had shown 39 episodes, but the company that has digitised them, found another 13 "lost" episodes
SO! I've now 52 to watch
