Today at the luncheon, the pastor told all us 'old' people - from 65 to 90-something - that we were supposed to 'mentor' the millennials. This made me laugh.

I'd spent all morning talking on t'internet, mostly to millennials. You and Paul are the only non-millennials I'm usually talking to.

I told Tavaron, I don't know about the 'mentoring' part. I'm mostly a bad influence.

OK! My age is 69yrs - Sod that my brain still functions at in my 20's - I ain't growing up for no one I'm having too much fun where I'm atWHY act normal ?

my mam always said "why don't you act your age ?" I replied - do I have to act something different at every birthday ? I'm me! I don't act, so don't try to change it

not being disrepectful but! I could see, that on err certain intellegence levels, some might think you've a Celtic inherited health problem

Well, it is a small gene pool...

It may be true that certain groups are more prone to celiac. But it's a growing problem since they messed with the genetics of the grains.

all food manipualtions over the years, add this, take that out are now "showing" it's wrong
AND the so called nutrishionalists ain't got a clue! GO back to 40/50/60's food traditional receipes etc WE lived () longer then
