All I can say is that it's a beautiful little book with amazing illustrations, I think it was rebound in the 50's, Gold leaf on the edge of the pages that kind of thing.... I maybe able to scan the illustration on the cover for you also....

but you have discovered my weak area; I am musically impaired. I have no musical sense after the 50s. With the exception of some musical theater.

I only know a very little about technical sound applications. Know lots more about graphics and print applications.
