It seems all the chasing around I did about the eye hospital appt has paid off. Today I got an appt thru for the laser treatment, its scheduled for Monday 2nd Dec.
I'll need to organise a lift with my brother as they recommend no driving for 24 hrs after treatment. I'll still need reading glasses but distance vision will be back to normal and hopefully reading won't be such a chore anymore, especially with new glasses.
On that note, me domestic chores are done so I think as there's nowt on telly as per usual it might be another film day. I'm about to watch the 4 disc box collection of Indian Jones. The first 3 films were good, not so sure about the last, Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Seems to me they were running out of ideas in that one.

Great news about the surgery! I firmly believe with the NHS the way to get something done is by pester power. If you don't remind people you exist you drop through the cracks, so well done keeping on top of it.
Enjoy your afternoon. I love the IJ films, and agree the last one isn't nearly so good.
