Right off, please do call me Nick. The "Rev" bit is to separate me from the 70-odd other "Nick"s registered in here. 
No worries about the delay, ... our mutual, shy friend said that you were out of town/country/mind for a time. And this place is perpetual, so there's never any time-constraints, eh?
And yeah, the dear Lady has mentioned a certain fascination with tall boots and odd hats. I've tried to explain that no Canucks really look like that, just actors. We are all 7' 2" french-speaking Eskimo lumberjacks. The women too !!!
