I wish I'd had more to write here, but I signed up during an intolerable fit of boredom (I was mentally torturing people on a message board for fun before this) and, although I plan on writing at least something useful, I'm suffering writer's block at the moment and have no idea what to write on.

Anyway, and to be serious, I'm glad to be here and I'm ready to generally have a good time, and maybe take in some adventure, excitement, and really wild things.

You'll definitely have a great time around here. h2g2 is a very sticky site and I have met some of my best friends on here.

I'm figuring things out pretty quickly, so, no, I don't need any help at the moment. I'll remember you're there, though, should something come up.

I know my ACE made things a lot easier for me when I first joined, so it's nice (and very rewarding!) to be able to do the same for others

I'll bet it is. Maybe someday I can do the same for others.

We're always on the lookout for people keen on helping new researchers, but you might want to get to know h2g2 first yourself though

I guess there is something I could use help with after all. I dropped an entry into Peer Review, and, if you haven't already, I'd appreciate if you'd look over it for me and leave a comment with any advice/criticism/snack foods you might have.

It's okay if you can't think of any links, but I'd suggest putting in a link for the BBC Food site. However, once it gets passed to one of us sub-editors, whoever is responsible for your entry may know of links to add to it
