I'm German and 18 years old. My English is said to be very good (I had the German equivalent of an A- in my final oral exams in English), but since I don't know any native speakers, I chose this site to test and improve my skills.
My interests are: Mathematics, especially number theory, which I am going to study soon; odd humour à la Douglas Adams, Terry Pratchett, Robert Gernhardt or Monty Python; music that is older than me, especially by the Beatles and Pink Floyd, but also by good old Bach (both J.S. and P.D.Q.); biking (just for fun and the landscape - I despise sports!)... and much more.
Following some of my postings, you may find that I'm quite a nitpicker. You're right then, absolutely.
