And indeed, I got a phone message yesterday saying that it will be Monday 
Which is annoying because I was hoping they'd be able to take care of it on a day when I'm at work, and especially not on Monday because that's the first day of my weekend. It's my slob out on the sofa, do nothing, have a peaceful, quiet sort of day. Fitting a new HVAC unit is, I imagine, going to be a big undertaking - it's located in the ceiling above the bath and there'll be a lot of unhooking and hooking up of wires, ducts and hoses. Bum.
