One of our Community Artists, the marvellous Fairydoodler, has volunteered her services to put together some diagrams for your article. Overnight, she's already done four little diagrams of things like stretching out the rock, but I've suggested she drops you a line for a better briefing on the two precise diagrams you're looking for.

Well, principally I need two diagrams.

The first will illustrate the |BRIGHTON|FILLER|ROCK|FILLER| piece that I've tried to depict in the entry. It's simply those words surrounded by a border and divided into the four sections, with the word 'ROCK' upsied down. The border should be black, the background white and the letters red. The letter need to to be in a simple sans-serif font.

The second graphic is very similar to the h2g2 Fantasy Football logo - http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/classic/B4882475blue

I need a pink border for the whole thing, then a ring with the writing in, then a thin black ring where the thin white ring is in that blob, and then a white core. The section with the writing needs to be divided with black lines in the same manner as the first graphic in order to show the different sections that the rock is made from.

Clear as mud? I thought so

By the way Paully, did you come to a decision about those links I provided in another thread somewhere? The ones which I was thinking might be too commercial? At least one of them would be more visually descriptive than the link I've actually got in the entry.

Of course it is. Hmmm, I wonder if thatmeans it's Labor Day here this weekend... or is it Memorial Day? I always get those two mixed up. One signals the start of summer, the other one comes at the end.

Labor Day is always the first Sodit in September

So it's *next* weekend, not this one

Hell, I get mixed up between left and right ('cept when it comes to politics ), so expecting me to remember which is Labor Day and which is Memorial Day is going a bit too far And yeah, I found out at work that it's next weekend cos I asked one of the blokes delivering our beer
